How to provide your documents
Upload your documents
This method is quick, easy, and secure:
1. Login to your Homeseeker account
2. Click on Upload documents
3. Click Browse for files and select the document you wish to upload or drag and drop your document straight into the box marked You can also drag and drop files here
4. Select a document type from the dropdown, click Upload
5. Repeat for each document
Successfully uploaded documents will be listed on the screen. Once we have processed your documents they will disappear from the list.
If you are unable to upload your documents
You can use one of the following methods, but it will take us longer to process your application:
Attach them to an email, include your name, address and Homeseeker Reference in the title, and send to Scandoc@basildon.gov.uk. You must only use this to attach documents as we will not be able to read your email or respond to any enquires.

Hand deliver or post copies of your documents to:

Open Mon-Fri 9am – 5pm.
You must include your name, address and Homeseeker Reference. Do not post or bring in original documents as we cannot take copies or return originals.
