Housing Application Document Help Hub

Need Help Obtaining Documents?

The links below may help you obtain replacement documents or evidence needed to support your Housing Register application.

Documents issued outside the United Kingdom are generally acceptable provided they have been issued by an official government authority or recognised organisation. If a document was issued overseas and has been lost, replacement copies should normally be obtained from the authority that originally issued it.

If you are unable to obtain a required document, please contact us to discuss whether alternative evidence may be accepted.
